Thanks to the popularity of a master class given in November, Tovah Feldshuh, Broadway and film star, will host a second master class, Jan. 18-20.

Feldshuh, who has also taught the class at Cornell and NYU, says the class — titled "An Actor's Approach to a Song" — focuses on the skills of auditioning in order to get a job. Feldshuh said in a statement, "I believe anyone can sell a number, regardless of how well they sing. The investment in and ownership of a lyric is what communicates a song." The class, held in Manhattan, will run 20 hours over the course of the weekend and cost $400.

Feldshuh has been nominated for three Tony nominations, three Drama Desk Awards, four Outer Critic's Circle Awards, and a Theatre World Award, appearing in performances such as Yentl and Lend Me a Tenor. She is scheduled to begin a concert tour later this winter.
