Directed by Jeremy Dobrish, the "modern musical fairytale" will play the Martel Theater, located within the Vogelstein Center for Drama and Film, July 18-20. Show times are July 18 and 19 at 8 PM and July 20 at 2 PM. The cast will feature Jenny Fellner (Crossing Brooklyn, Mamma Mia!) as MariAnne, Allen E. Read (Mask) as Johnny, Gay Marshall (Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, A Chorus Line) as Eve, Eric William Morris (Coram Boy) as Mason and Renée Brna (Coram Boy) as June Johnson with Ken Triwush (Crossing Brooklyn, Titanic), Molly Renfroe (By Jeeves, The Dark Half) and Jordan Brodsky.

Notes to MariAnne features book, music and lyrics by David Rossmer and Dan Lipton. The musical, according to press notes, concerns "a brother and sister torn apart by their dark past, and reunited by undying love. A haunting tapestry of hope and loss woven together by an emotionally rich book and a gorgeous popular score."
