The three finalists  who have made it to the final round of the BBC-TV casting contest for Andrew Lloyd Webber's forthcoming new stage version of The Wizard of Oz, due to open at the London Palladium in March 2011, have been revealed.

The public has voted for 17-year-old Sophie Evans from Wales and 18-year-old Danielle Hope form Manchester, to go forward to the final public vote, while Andrew Lloyd Webber (one of the celebrity judges, along with Sheila Hancock, John Partridge and Charlotte Church) has "saved" 22-year-old Lauren Samuels, from London, to participate in the final round following a "sing off" with 21-year-old Steph Fearon, also from London, whom he chose to eliminate.
