News Fire Island Season Will Include Cheyenne Jackson, Broadway Bares, Guys & Dolls Fire Island Pines Arts Project (FIPAP) has announced its 2011 cultural and arts season in the Pines.

The season will kick off June 4 at 7 PM and 9 PM in Brandon Fradd Theatre's Whyte Hall with Broadway Bares…Sand, Sun and Sass, a joint effort between Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and FIPAP. Audiences can expect "those fabulously nearly bare boys & girls of Broadway in our own Pines adaptation of this bawdy review," according to press notes. Broadway favorite Cheyenne Jackson will perform in concert Aug. 13 at 9 PM in Brandon Fradd Theatre's Whyte Hall. Jackson is currently appearing on NBC's “30 Rock” as fresh-faced Canadian Danny Baker and on the Fox hit “Glee” as Dustin Goolsby, the new coach of Vocal Adrenaline. He will soon be seen on HBO's final season of “Curb Your Enthusiasm."

The season will also include a limited engagement of the classic Frank Loesser musical Guys & Dolls, which will play Whyte Hall Sept. 2-4. Casting will be announced at a later date.
