The New York premiere of Steve Martin’s Meteor Shower began performances at Broadway’s Booth Theatre November 1. The comedy stars Emmy winners Amy Schumer and Keegan-Michael Key in their Broadway debuts, as well as Tony winner Laura Benanti and Tony nominee Jeremy Shamos (stepping in for the originally announced Alan Tudyk).

Opening night is set for November 29.
Set in Ojai, California, the comedy follows married couple Corky (Schumer) and Norm (Shamos), who invite another couple—Laura (Benanti) and Gerald (Key) over for dinner. Soon, the two couples launch into ruthless Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?-esque psychological warfare—the fury of which is matched only by the space rocks falling above them.
