Anthony Clarvoe's historical drama, The Living, runs through Feb. 23, at the Pope Theatre Company in Manalapan, FL. An allegorical piece, The Living takes place in plague-ravaged London, 1665.
Many Pope theatre veterans comprise the cast, including Stephen G. Anthony, Elizabeth Dimon, John Felix, Brenda Foley, Roger Forbes, Dan Leonard, Gordon McConnell and Michael George Owens, along with newcomers Terrell Hardcastle and Carl McNulty.
Louis Tyrrell directs the play, with lighting is by Richard Crowell, costumes by Suzette Pere, sound by David Pair.
Clarvoe's adaptation of The Brothers Karamazov played at Repertory Of St. Louis and the Cincinnati Playhouse In The Park in 1995.
