An April 30 workshop by the New York Youth Theatre (NYYT) presents an opportunity for kids aged 12-19 to be part of the NYYT backstage crew. Participation in the workshop is free. Kids will learn lighting, sound, stage management and house management techniques. Selected students from the one-day workshop will fill crew positions in the NYYT run of the upcoming production, Y2Kids (see separate story).
The workshop will be held from 1:30 - 5:30 on April 30 at NYYT, 593 Park Avenue (7th Floor) at 64th Street. For reservations call (212) 888 0696.
