News Forbidden Broadway to Transfer to West End's Vaudeville Theatre Forbidden Broadway, which is currently running at London's Menier Chocolate Factory, where it recently extended its run through Aug. 30, will transfer to the West End's Vaudeville Theatre for an 11-week season, beginning performances Sept. 9 prior to an official opening Sept.15, for a run through Nov. 22.

Newly joining the company will be Christina Bianco, who has previously appeared in Forbidden Broadway Goes to Rehab in New York, for which she was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical. She is best known for her YouTube videos, of which her latest, "Let It Go," has received over 5 million views. She is about to open in Divallusion on the Edinburgh Fringe with Velma Celli.



Continuing in the show are Anna-Jane Casey (who previously appeared in the 2009 edition of Forbidden Broadway at the Menier), Damian Humbley and Ben Lewis.



This updated version of the show showcases productions including The Book of Mormon, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Once, Matilda, Wicked and Miss Saigon.

The production is directed by Phillip George, with musical supervision and direction by Joel Fram, sets and costumes by Morgan Large, lighting by Nick Richtings and sound by Gareth Owen.



Forbidden Broadway will be presented in the West End by Chocolate Factory Productions Ltd, Thelma Holt Ltd, Tanya Link Productions and Glass Half Full / Just For Laughs Theatricals in association with John Freedson and Harriet Yellin.
