Broadway's hit dance show, Forever Tango, is being honored by the government of Argentina.

On Feb. 5 Rodolfo Arias of the Department of Tourism of Argentina will present the show's creator, Luis Bravo, and one of its producers, Interamerica president Hugo J. Bandi, with a special award of recognition for Forever Tango's contribution to the Argentine culture and to the development of tourism in the United States.

The ceremony is scheduled for noon at the Argentine Consulate, 12 West 56th Street in New York.

Forever Tango continues its successful run at the Walter Kerr Theatre, where it opened June 16, 1997.
