Singer Lynn Owen, a former Metropolitan Opera soprano and Grammy nominated recording artist opens at the Algonquin Oak Room on Feb. 26. As reported, Owen's ninety-minute program, "Vienna to Broadway" comprises two "mini-musicals." The first of the story-boarded selections, "The Princess and the Gypsy" features works by Herbert, Romberg, Sondheim, Coward and Poulenc; the second, "You've Got Mail," features Gershwin, Rodgers, Porter, Weill and Kern among others.

The evening begins with dinner at 6:30 PM followed by an 8 PM performance.
