News Former Miss Saigon to Star in The Female Heart Rona Figueroa, who spent two years as Kim in Broadway's Miss Saigon, will star in Linda Faigao-Hall's new play, The Female Heart, at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre.

The limited engagement, which features direction by Jamie Richards, will play the Clurman Feb. 25-March 13. Presented by Diverse-City Theater in association with Ensemble Studio, The Female Heart co-stars A Long Season's Victor Lirio. The Female Heart, according to production notes, is the "poignant story of the desperate choices two siblings make to escape life in the infamous garbage dump community of the Philippine’s Smokey Mountain."

Rona Figueroa has appeared on Broadway in Miss Saigon, Les Misérables and the Tony-winning revival of Nine. Her other theatrical credits include Dogeaters, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Turandot and The Wild Party. Figueroa has been seen on screen in "Dragonheart: A New Beginning," "Waiting in the Wings," "Third Watch" and "The Cosby Show."
