Two performances of The Year in Revue will be presented Dec. 31 at 8 and 10:15 PM. The annual revue will take audiences through a tour of the places and events that were most memorable in 2004. According to production notes, The Year in Revue will focus on "the Presidential elections, cabinet defections, Iraqi insurrections, and more. Ronald Reagan, Yassir Arafat and Vioxx are gone, while Castro took a tumble. Hurricanes soaked Disney, and the Republicans blew into town. Our mayor wants to build a home for the Jets and host the Olympics, while 'Roid Rage (of the anabolic variety) hit Yankee Stadium right between the pinstripes. Brittany got married twice, but it's still hard to do even once if you're gay. Martha Stewart is in jail. Phil Spector, Robert Blake and Michael Jackson are close behind." In addition to Gelman and Zuckerman, the cast will also feature Joe De Gise II and Rob Schiffmann. Travis Ploeger is the evening's musical director and accompanist.

About the upcoming shows director and performer Zuckerman said in a statement, "All year long we develop material about the social and political issues of the day. Around holiday time, we get together, and through the din of egg nog and Chanukah gelt, we map out the year's events, take a look at what we have, and then go fill in the gaps. It's a whirlwind of writing, rehearsing and performing, and suddenly it's time for the countdown!"
