News Free "Behind the Scenes" Panel to Feature Creatives from Spider-Man, Porgy and Bess and Sister Act Spider-Man musical director Kimberly Grigsby, Porgy and Bess musical adaptor Deidre L. Murray and Tony-nominated Sister Act lyricist Glenn Slater will be part of the Jan. 23 panel discussion "Behind the Scenes: Music on Stage & Screen."

Presented at 6:30 PM at Harlem's famed Apollo Theater, the panel discussion, which will also include a Q&A session with the audience, is free and open to the public.

The evening promises professionals sharing personal and behind-the-scenes stories about their paths to successful careers within the musical industry on stage and screen.

"Behind the Scenes: Music on Stage & Screen" will also include The Color Purple vocalist Rosena M. Hill and record producer Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson.

Doors open at 6 PM. The Apollo Theater is located at 253 West 125th Street.
