News   Free Reading of Jarrow's Trigger Offered April 18
The free Out Loud reading series — presented by the Underwood Theater — continues April 18 with Trigger.

Directed by Ian Tresselt, Kyle Jarrow's dark comedy will be offered at 7 PM at the Ars Nova Theater. The reading will feature the talents of Maria Dizzia, Daniel Eric Gold and Sam Turich.

Trigger, according to production notes, concerns "Ryan's wife, [who] gets in a crippling car accident while he's in bed with another woman. [Ryan] begins to wonder: do his actions have the power to cause disaster?"

Brooklyn-based writer, musician and performer Kyle Jarrow has also penned Gorilla Man, A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant, Armless and President Harding Is a Rock Star. He is also a member of the glam-rock band The Fabulous Entourage.

Although the reading is free, reservations are required by calling (212) 977- 1700. All Out Loud readings are held at the Ars Nova Theater, located at 511 West 54th Street, west of Tenth Avenue. Visit for more information.
