Davis is from Grammy-winning artist Christina Aguilera's team. In the first round of the semi-finals, the final eight—two performers from each team—go head-to-head in a solo performance. On the next episode, only one contestant from each team will move forward to the second semi-final round. Davis faces Beverly McClellan, who sang "The Thrill is Gone" by Roy Hawkins.
The winner of the reality competition will receive the title of "The Voice," a recording contract, and $100,000. The results episode of "The Voice" will air June 22 at 8 PM ET on NBC. Carson Daly hosts. The final round of the competition will air June 28.
