The motion picture, which was recently nominated for five Golden Globe Awards, arrived in New York, Los Angeles and London Dec. 5. The film now begins engagements in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Detroit, Denver, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Delray Beach, Melbourne, West Palm Beach, Ft. Pierce, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Montreal, Philadelphia, Seattle, Tacoma, Bellingham, Sacramento, Stockton, San Francisco, Oakland, Toronto, Vancouver and Washington, DC. The motion picture will open wide Dec. 25.

The Imagine Entertainment and Working Title Films motion picture — which features original Frost/Nixon stage stars Frank Langella (as former President Richard Nixon) and Michael Sheen (as talk-show host David Frost) — also stars Kevin Bacon, Oliver Platt, Sam Rockwell, Rebecca Hall, Toby Jones and Matthew Macfadyen. Playwright Morgan also penned the film's screenplay.

Producers include Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner. The film is rated R and is 122 minutes long.

"Frost/Nixon" earned Golden Globe nominations for Best Feature-Drama, Frank Langella (Actor-Drama), Peter Morgan (Screenplay -Motion Picture), Ron Howard (Best Director-Motion Picture) and Hanz Zimmer (Best Original Score-Motion Picture). "Frost/Nixon," according to press notes, "not only re-creates the on-air [David Frost-Richard Nixon] interview, but the weeks of around-the-world, behind-the-scenes maneuvering between the two men and their camps as negotiations were struck, deals were made and secrets revealed...all leading to the moment when they would sit facing one another in the court of public opinion."

Frank Langella won a Tony Award for his performance as Nixon in the Broadway production. He is currently back on Broadway in the Roundabout's revival of A Man for All Seasons.
