News Full Casting Announced for Keen Company's The Dining Room Full casting has been announced for the Keen Company's upcoming 25th anniversary production of A.R. Gurney's The Dining Room, which will star original Off-Broadway cast member Ann McDonough.

Joining McDonough will be Dan Daily, Claire Lautie, Timothy McCracken, Samantha Soule and Mark J. Sullivan. Gurney's play requires its six actors to portray over 50 roles throughout the performance.

Jonathan Silverstein will direct the production, which "in a series of scenes [dissects] birthday parties, holidays, breakfasts, affairs, and every imaginable form of American familial relations. Spanning the century and a single day at the same time, The Dining Room is a humorous and moving evocation of family life, past and present," according to press notes.

The Dining Room will play the Clurman Theater, located at 410 West 42nd Street in Manhattan. The limited engagement will begin Sept. 11 with an opening scheduled for Sept. 20 and conclude Oct. 14. Tickets are available by calling (212)279-4200 or by visiting www.ticketcentral.com.

The Keen Company's season will continue with David Hay's The Maddening Truth, exploring Ernest Hemingway's third wife, the renowned war journalist Martha Gellhorn; previews begin Jan. 15, 2008. Following Truth will be The Conscientious Objector by Michael Roland Murphy, a docudrama exploring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s role in the anti-war movement; previews begin Feb. 26.
