Carol Woods, who is currently starring in the national tour of The Full Monty, will make a guest appearance on the Oct. 27 episode of ABC-TV's "The Practice."
In an episode titled "Neighboring Species," Woods stars as a woman who is taken to court for upsetting a neighbor with her morning vocal warm-ups, thus denying the neighbor his "pursuit of happiness." This appearance marks Woods' debut on the acclaimed court-room drama series.
Carol Woods stars as Jeanette Burmeister in the national tour of The Full Monty. Her other theatrical credits include Chicago, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Steppin' Out, The Goodbye Girl, Grind, Big River and the recent revival of Stephen Sondheim's Follies. Woods' London credits include Blues in the Night, for which she received an Olivier Award nomination, and the National Theatre's production of Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. The singer-actress is a founding member of the National Actors Theatre.
"The Practice" airs on ABC-TV Sunday nights at 10 PM ET. Check local listings.
