Fun Home, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, is the first Broadway show to participate in Spotify Sessions, the music service's streaming program of intimate in-studio performances and conversations.

The Fun Home session, available March 4 through Spotify, was recorded in front of a live audience January 19 in New York City.

In the Fun Home session, listeners can hear new arrangements of their favorite songs from the show, created by the musical’s Tony Award-winning composer Jeanine Tesori and performed by Fun Home cast members Michael Cerveris, Judy Kuhn, Beth Malone, Emily Skeggs, Gabriella Pizzolo, Roberta Colindrez and Joel Perez.

Listeners get the inside scoop as to how and why the songs were written and created for the show by Tesori (score), Lisa Kron (book and lyrics), and Alison Bechdel herself, on whose graphic memoir the musical is based.
