The musical parody heads to New York following two West Coast runs.

Game of Thrones the Rock Musical is the latest in a string of musical parodies hitting the Off-Broadway circuit. The show will arrive in New York City this fall following engagements in Los Angeles and San Diego.

The unauthorized Game of Thrones the Rock Musical will play The Jerry Orbach Theater at the Theater Center in Manhattan October 10–29.

Based on HBO’s hit drama, the parody follows the saga of Ned Stark and his battle for the Iron Throne. The show debuted at the Macha Theater in West Hollywood February 10, 2017, followed by an engagement in South San Diego.

The show is written by Stephen Christopher Parker, who also co-directs and co-produces; Steven Brandon, who co-produces; and Erin Stegeman, who co-produces and co-directs. Ace Marrero is music producer and co-director.

The cast is made up of Peter Berube, Drew Boudreau, Jeff Bratz, Billy Finn, Mandie Hittleman, Zachary Evan Kanner, Randy Wade Kelley, Delilah Kujala, Allison Lobel, Ace Marrero, Meghan Modrovsky, Milo Shearer, Kacey Spivey, Erin Stegeman, and Jay Stephenson.

Also scheduled to play Off-Broadway this fall is Friends! The Musical Parody. Inspired by the hit sitcom, the show will run October 13–December 31.
