Victor Garber (Art), Rebecca Luker (The Sound of Music), Douglas Sills (The Scarlet Pimpernel), Hinton Battle (Chicago), and Terrence Mann (The Scarlet Pimpernel) will appear at the 12th annual "Stars in the Alley" event on June 3 in New York's Shubert Alley, west of Broadway between 44th and 45th Streets. The event commences at 11:30 AM. The show is a free, outdoor extravaganza featuring performances by stars from this season's new Broadway shows, including High Society, Ragtime, and 1776, along with performers from Broadway's holdover hits and long running favorites. Cast-members of Art and Golden Child will host the event. Many of the stars also stay to sign autographs.
An estimated 3000 theatre fans are expected at the event, which is produced by the League of American Theatres and Producers, and presented by Continental Airlines and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
