News Garden of Earthly Delights to Bloom Through April 5 Off-Broadway The Off-Broadway return of Martha Clarke's visual feast of movement, music and aerial effects, Garden of Earthly Delights, will not wilt as soon as expected.

The production recently announced it would shutter March 29, two months prior to its originally announced last performance of May 31. However, representatives for Garden inform Playbill.com that the run will now conclude on April 5.

The 70-minute production brings to life Hieronymus Bosch's densely populated painting, depicting "the progression of sin from creation to hell, as well as a journey from innocence to chaos." Garden began performances at the Minetta Lane Theatre Nov. 8 and officially opened Off-Broadway Nov. 19.

The cast includes Todd Anderson, Sophie Bortolussi, Frances Chiaverini, Daniel Clifton, Elena Demyanenko, General McArthur Hambrick, Whitney V. Hunter, Gabby Malone, Matt Rivera, Jenny Sandler and Isadora Wolfe. Musicians for the production include Wayne Hankin (winds), Egil Rostad (cello) and Arthur Solari (music director, percussion).

Garden of Earthly Delights has a Drama Desk Award-winning score by Richard Peaslee, scenic and lighting design by Tony Award winner Christopher Akerlind, costume design by Tony nominee Jane Greenwood and aerial design provided by Flying By Foy.
