News Gere and Gaynor to Be Honored By Boston Youth Moves; Rivera to Present Movie musical stars Richard Gere and Mitzi Gaynor will be honored during the March 7 Boston Youth Moves gala fundraiser, Swellegance.

Gere, who earned a Golden Globe Award for portraying Billy Flynn in the 2002 movie "Chicago," will receive the Image Award for "heightening the visibility of dance, in particular for male dancers." Legendary performer and "South Pacific" star Mitzi Gaynor will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in the entertainment industry. Tony Award winner Chita Rivera will be on hand to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Gaynor. JC Monahan serves as emcee for the event, which will take place at the Westin Copley Place.

The black tie fundraiser will include a performance from Alvin Ailey principal dancer Kirven J. Boyd, as well as performances from the students of Boston Youth Moves.
