Julia Murney, seen on Broadway in Wicked and Off-Broadway in The Wild Party, plays the ultimate stage mother Rose in the Cape Playhouse production of Gypsy. The Arthur Laurents, Jule Styne, and Stephen Sondheim musical plays the Massachusetts venue through August 19.

Murney is joined by a fellow Elphaba, Caroline Bowman (Kinky Boots, Evita on tour), as Louise.
