News Ghost Stories to Shutter at West End's Arts Theatre Ghost Stories, which has run at various London theatres over the last five years since debuting in 2010 at Liverpool's Everyman Theatre and transferring to London's Lyric Hammersmith, is to shutter March 15 after its latest run at the West End's Arts Theatre that began in 2014.

During its cumulative run it has played nearly 1,000 performances to audiences of over 400,000 people in London and abroad. Written and directed by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, along with the Lyric’s artistic director Sean Holmes, it has also played at the West End's Duke of York's and on tour in Toronto and Moscow.

In a press statement, Nyman commented, "When Jeremy and I first conceived Ghost Stories, we never expected that the show would go on to be a cult hit, playing all over the world, with people returning time and again to be scared out of their minds. We’re hugely proud of its success."
