PlayBlog "Glee" Cast Meets Mayor Bloomberg and Wraps Production in New York (Video) Fox's hit television series "Glee" has been filming the Nationals in New York City all week long. Besides dancing on the TKTS booth in the middle of Times Square and filming with Patti LuPone at famous midtown restaurant Sardi's, the cast also had the chance to meet the mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg, outside the entrance to the Gershwin Theatre.

The stars of the show also kept busy while not in front of the camera—meeting fans and attending Broadway shows, movie screenings and baseball games, according to their Twitter accounts.

Lea Michele, aka Rachel Berry, tweeted that she saw Good People at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, the final performance of American Idiot at the St. James Theatre and Sister Act at the Broadway Theatre, besides having breakfast at Tiffany's with co-star Chris Colfer one morning before heading to set.

Chord Overstreet, who plays Sam Evans, tweeted, "At the Yankee white sox game! Gotta love It."

Most of the cast, including Colfer, Overstreet, Amber Riley, Dianna Agron, Harry Shum, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Heather Morris and Ashley Fink were also spotted at the after-party of the Cinema Society screening of "Thor," starring Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman. The party at the top of the Standard Hotel on W. 13th Street followed the screening of the movie at the AMC Loews at 19th Street East 6.
