PlayBlog "Glee," Gaga, Jonas Brothers, DeWyze and More Among Winners at Teen Choice Awards The hit musical comedy series "Glee" took home more honors at The 12th Annual Teen Choice Awards, which was held Aug. 8 at the Gibson Ampitheatre in Universal City, CA, and will be broadcast Aug. 9 at 8 PM ET on Fox.

"Glee" won the award for "Choice TV Show: Comedy." The awards were selected from more than 85 million online votes by teenagers, who voted in wide-ranging categories for their favorites in movies, television, music, sports and fashion.

"Glee" Emmy nominees Chris Colfer and Mike O'Malley were also feted at the awards. Colfer was named "Choice TV: Male Scene Stealer," and O'Malley was recognized with the honor "Choice TV: Parental Unit."

Lady Gaga took two awards, including "Choice Music: Female Artist" and "Choice Summer Music Star: Female." The Jonas Brothers (including Nick Jonas, recently seen in London's West End in Les Miserables) were collectively named "Choice TV Actor: Comedy" for their Disney Channel series "JONAS."

Awards for "American Idol" included "Choice TV: Reality Competition Show" and "Choice TV: Male Reality/Variety Star" for Lee DeWyze and "Choice 'American Idol' Alum" for David Archuleta. Host Ryan Seacrest and former "Idol" judge Ellen DeGeneres were also honored.

Other big winners at the awards included "The Twlight Saga: New Moon" and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"; "Avatar"; Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, who won three awards and who shared one, for "Choice Movie: Dance," with Betty White for "The Proposal"; "Gossip Girl"; "Pretty Little Liars"; Selena Gomez; Justin Bieber; Katy Perry; Taylor Swift; and Eminem.

Pop music star Katy Perry and the male cast of "Glee" (Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling) will co-host the awards ceremony. For more information, visit teenchoiceawards.com.
