News God of Carnage's Hope Davis Signs on For HBO Pilot "Spring/Fall" Tony Award nominee Hope Davis will star opposite screen actress Tea Leoni in HBO's upcoming comedy pilot "Spring/Fall," according to Deadline.com.

Jake Kasdan will direct the half-hour pilot that is written by Kate Robin. Robin, Leoni, R.J. Cutler and Jimmy Miller are executive producing.

"Spring/Fall" is set in the fashion world of New York City and centers on the dysfunctional partnership between Margo (Leoni), a successful designer and mother of twins, and Eden (Davis), Margo's estranged best friend and former fashion designer. The pair reconnects when Margo needs help taking over for her boss, who recently committed suicide.

Davis was nominated for a Tony for her performance in God of Carnage and is currently reprising her role in LA at the Ahmanson Theatre. She has also been seen on Broadway in Ivanov and Two Shakespearean Actors.

An airdate for the HBO pilot has not yet been announced.
