News Golden Globe Winner Steve Buscemi to Co-Host Benefit Concert for Composer Elliott Sharp Golden Globe Award-winning stage and screen star Steve Buscemi and Jo Andres will host E#@60: A Benefit Concert Honoring Elliott Sharp's 60th Birthday March 4 at ISSUE Project Room in Brooklyn.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit ISSUE Project Room's programs in support of artists creating and presenting innovative new work. The evening, honoring the acclaimed avant-garde composer Elliott Sharp, will feature the premiere of two of his new works: Trinity, written for Buscemi and filmmaker/choreographer Andres, and Occam’s Razor, written for double quartet and performed by JACK Quartet and Sirius Quartet. Jack Womack and Tracie Morris are also scheduled to perform.

Buscemi recently won a Golden Globe Award for his performance in the HBO series "Boardwalk Empire." Theatre credits include The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui (National Actors Theatre), Shatterhand Massacree/Riderless Horse, North Atlantic and Road to Immortality (Wooster Group) and Andres' Dreaming Out Loud, among others. Screen credits include "Grown Ups," "30 Rock" (Emmy nomination), "The Sopranos" (Emmy nominations for acting and directing), "Romance & Cigarettes," "The Big Lebowski," "Fargo" and many others.
