News Gonzalez, Kritzer and Austin to Be Part of Oct. 23 Monday Nights, New Voices Mandy Gonzalez, who starred in the short-lived musical Dance of the Vampires, will host the upcoming Monday Nights, New Voices concert at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

The Oct. 23 concert will boast the vocal talents of Dani Marcus, Marla Mindelle, Kathryn Holtkamp, Mick Bonde and T.J. Mannix. The evening will spotlight the work of up-n-coming composer David Austin, who will accompany the singers on piano. Austin was seen Off-Broadway in I Love You Because.

The 7 PM concert will also feature a performance by Drama Desk nominee Leslie Kritzer. The actress will perform a song from her new cabaret act Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches.

Produced by Scott Alan, the concert will feature musical direction by Barbara Anselmi. The New Voices series focuses on "lesser-known talents working in New York.”

Mandy Gonzalez starred as Sarah in Dance of the Vampires. She won an Obie Award for her work in the Off Broadway musical Eli's Comin', and was most recently on Broadway in Lennon. She was also seen in Elton John's Aida.

The Duplex Cabaret Theatre is located in Manhattan at 61 Christopher Street. There is a $12 cover charge and a two-drink minimum; call (212) 255-5438 for reservations.
