Lincoln Center is giving the old gal a grand sendoff: "Good Night, Alice", a special gala on April 30 honoring the venue and the benefactor (at left) who made it possible, will be the final concert at Tully before it closes for construction.

Former NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Brokaw will host; among the luminaries performing will be Audra McDonald, Wynton Marsalis, Laurie Anderson, Philip Glass, and conductor David Robertson, along with the Chamber Music Society and Film Society of Lincoln Center.

In addition, "Good Night, Alice" will be televised nationally on May 3 as a PBS special (check local listings).
