Harrison will play Dr. Cameron Fischer, an anatomy professor who reacts defensively when one of his cadavers goes missing during class. An airdate for the episode has not yet been announced.
"Body of Proof," according to ABC, "follows the life and career of Medical Examiner Megan Hunt (Dana Delany), once a high-flying neurosurgeon, who now works in Philadelphia's Medical Examiner's Office after a car accident abruptly ended her neurosurgery career."
Harrison has been seen on Broadway in Chicago, Steel Pier and Follies. He is also known for his television appearances, which include "Trapper John, M.D.," "Logan's Run," "Centennial," "Safe Harbor" and "Family Man," among others.
"Body of Proof" airs Tuesday nights at 10 PM ET on ABC.
