"Lunchtime Look-in: Hairspray" will be offered July 21 at noon at the Kennedy Center's Atrium. The special event will feature a chat with the cast of the touring production; attendees, who are invited to bring lunch, will also be able to ask questions of the various artists.
Hairspray will play the Kennedy Center's Opera House July 13-Aug. 21. The musical, which won eight 2003 Tony Awards, features a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, music by Marc Shaiman and lyrics by Shaiman and Scott Wittman.
