Part of the Uncharted series for singers and songwriters, the evening will feature Gregory's original songs, which fuse R&B and soul. The singer actor will be joined by Sasha Allen with musical direction by David Cook. Show time is 7:30 PM. Chester Gregory is currently making his Broadway debut in Hairspray. A native of Gary, IN, Gregory has also appeared in productions of The Jackie Wilson Story, Train Is Comin', Soul of Black Music, Scapin and Drowning Crow. His awards include a Jeff Award (Best Actor in a Review), a Black Excellence Award (Best Actor in a Musical), a Black Theater Alliance Award (Best Actor in a Musical) and an Audelco Special Performance Award in 2003. Gregory's debut album is titled "Morning Starr."
