Walsh, who plays the conniving Velma in the Tony-winning Hairspray, will offer a 7 PM concert at the intimate cabaret space located within Joe's Pub. With musical direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell, Walsh will perform an eclectic array of material entitled "No Standards" that includes songs by Joni Mitchell, Michael John LaChiusa, William Finn, Jacques Brel, Jeff Blumenkrantz, Ellen Weiss and Paul McCartney. Barbara Walsh received Tony and Drama Desk nominations and the Los Angeles Ovation Award for her work as Trina in William Finn's Falsettos; her other Broadway credits include Big, Blood Brothers, Nine and Rock 'N Roll ! The First 5000 Years. Off Broadway she has been seen in Forbidden Broadway and Birds of Paradise, and her regional credits include The Most Happy Fella, Houdini, Exactly Like You, A Streetcar Named Desire and Ragtime. Walsh's screen credits feature roles in "Life with Mikey" and "Law & Order."

Joe's Pub is located at 425 Lafayette Street, between East 4th Street and Astor Place. Tickets, priced at $25, are available at the Public Theater's box office or by calling (212) 539-8778.
