Cameron Watson directs the production that began previews July 27 and will continue through Aug. 28.

Linden, a Tony Award winner for The Rothschilds and perhaps best known for his work on the television series "Barney Miller," stars as Norman, opposite Emmy nominee Pickles ("St. Elsewhere," Man and Superman) as Ethel. The cast also features Monette Magrath (Stick Fly) as Chelsea, Jerry Kernion ("Grey's Anatomy") as Charlie, Nicholas Podany as Billy and Jonathan Stewart as Bill.

Designing On Golden Pond are John Iacovelli (scenic design), Jared A. Sayeg (lighting design), Terri A. Lewis (costume design) and Rebecca Kessin (sound design).

According to the Colony, "Lovable curmudgeon Norman Thayer is as tart-tongued as ever. His spirited wife, Ethel, delights in all the small things that have enriched their lives. Together, they are returning to their summer home on the lake for the 48th year and are soon visited by their adult daughter, her uptight fiancé, and his rebellious teenage son. On Golden Pond is a heartwarming story about revisiting the past and forging new bonds across generations. This modern classic remains an inspiring celebration of the universal challenges we all face, and the ultimate triumphs of life, love, and family."
