News Hamilton, Harrison and Epstein Open Berkshire's Cuckoo's Nest July 10 Linda Hamilton, Randy Harrison and Randall Patrick McMurphy begin performances in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest on Berkshire Theatre Festival's main stage July 10.

Jonathan Epstein stars as Randall Patrick McMurphy with Linda Hamilton (known for her work in the "Terminator" action films and BTF's Night of the Iguana) as Nurse Ratched and Randy Harrison (Showtime's "Queer As Folk" and the recent Guthrie production of The Glass Menagerie) as Billy Bibbit. The cast also includes Ron Bagden, Crystal Bock, Austin Durant, Jerry Krasser, Tommy Schrider, Robert Serrell, E. Gray Simons III and Anthony Stockard. Eric Hill directs.

Adapted from Ken Kesey's novel about life in a mental institution, Dale Wasserman's 1963 stage production of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest was made into a successful film starring Jack Nicholson.

Upcoming productions on the Berkshire Theatre Festival main stage include Paul Osborn's Morning's at Seven, directed by Tony-winning director Vivian Matalon (July 31–Aug. 11); and Jayne Atkinson and Xanthe Elbrick in George Bernard Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession (Aug. 14–Sept. 1).

Berkshire's Unicorn theatre will host Rick Cleveland's satirical My Pal George (July 3–21); Julie Jenson's Two Headed (July 25-Aug. 18) and Willy Russell's Educating Rita (Aug. 21–Oct. 20).
