Geneva Carr, who received a 2015 Tony nomination for her Broadway debut in Hand to God, has landed a role in the new CBS drama pilot Bull, according to Deadline.

The Amblin TV and CBS TV Studios production is penned by Phil McGraw and Paul Attanasio.

Bull, according to the industry website, is based on “popular daytime talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw’s early days as head of one of the most prolific trial consulting services of all time.“

Carr has been cast as Marissa, a “psychologist, neurolinguistics expert and licensed sex therapist working on Dr. Bull’s (not yet cast) team.“
