LOS ANGELES -- Theatricum Botanicum's second annual "A Midwinter Night's Feast" will be held Sat. Feb. 27 at 6 PM and will feature an evening of Shakespearean selections, musical entertainment and a sit down dinner.
Hosted by Golden Globe nominee Wendie ("Just Shoot Me," "Dream On") Malick, the evening is a benefit for Theatricum Botanicum, which was founded by the late Will Geer (Grandpa Walton) in 1973.
Passages from Shakespeare will be read by Nan Martin, Mariette Hartley, John Randoph and members of TB's company of actors. Dale Franzen will sing arias from classic operas.
Limited seating is available. A $100 contribution will benefit the Theatricum's various programs, which include an award-winning repertory company, classes for adults and children, and out-reach in schools.
As a non-profit institution, Theatricum relies on patrons, classes and foundations to finance its operation. For tickets and information call (310) 455-2322.
