Joseph Corbett, USPS chief financial officer and vice president, will present the stamp, which will also be available for sale to the general public from 3-5 PM April 25 at the JW Marriott from USPS staff, as well as at the awards ceremony. Cancellation envelopes desired by collectors will also be available for sale. Hayes took home the Tony Award in 1947 for her performance in Happy Birthday and again in 1958 for her performance in Time Remembered.
