Directed by Obie winner Lisa Peterson, Fraud will play a limited engagement in the McCarter's Berlind Theatre through June 11. The cast comprises Daniel London as Lafcad Clay, Reg Rogers as Andrew Clay, Ali Marsh as Willow Clay, Tim DeKay as Kap Clay, Charles Haid as Baites, Heather Goldenhersh as Georgia, Barbara Garrick as Maude Chrystal and John Carrol Lynch as Ed Chrystal. "A disastrous New Orleans wedding rehearsal dinner is the latest in the series of unfortunate events that befall the Clay brothers," according to McCarter. "Daddy's in jail for fraud, Uncle Baites has taken up with a panhandler, and Lafcad's just called off his own wedding. What family doesn't have its ups and downs?"

The creative team for Ridiculous Fraud also includes Michael Yeargan (scenic design), Jess Goldstein (costume design), Peter Kaczorowski (lighting design), Martin Desjardins (sound design) and Rick Sordelet (fight consultant).

Beth Henley is the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright of Crimes of the Heart. Her other works include The Miss Firecracker Contest, The Wake of Jamey Foster, The Debutante Ball and Abundance.

The McCarter Theatre is located at 91 University Place in Princeton, NJ. Tickets, priced $35-$48, are available by calling (609) 258-2787 or by visiting www.mccarter.org.
