She's back on the right foot.
Marilu Henner stepped into the leading role in Broadway's Chicago revival June 24 -- but apparently stepped the wrong way. Claiming a hurt foot, Henner missed the June 25 matinee and evening performance. A spokesperson from the Pete Sanders office told Playbill On-Line she would return to the show tonight, June 26.
Asked the day before about the difficulty, Sanders said, "She's been having foot problems. There's a problem with her shoe."
Understudy Nancy Hess subbed for Henner for the two performances.
