News Hershey Felder's George Gershwin Alone Will Make Music On Global Radio Broadcast Hershey Felder's George Gershwin Alone will be broadcast live globally via radio May 2 from the Pasadena Playhouse.

The broadcast will capture the 10th anniversary presentation of the evening of song that is written and performed by Felder. George Gershwin Alone will be broadcast May 2 on 98.7 WFMT in Chicago and syndicated globally by the WFMT Radio Network at 7 PM (PDT) and in Los Angeles on KMZT 1260 AM (PDT).

The production has music and lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin, a script by Felder and direction by Joel Zwick. It includes such songs as "The Man I Love" and "Someone to Watch Over Me," and passages from "An American in Paris" and Porgy and Bess, and culminates in a complete performance of "Rhapsody in Blue."

Felder's other solo evenings include Beethoven As I Knew Him and Monsieur Chopin.

George Gershwin Alone has played over 2,750 performances worldwide and won the Los Angeles Ovation Award for Best Musical and Best Actor in a Musical.
