News Hey, Old Friend: Daryl Glenn Sings Sondheim Jan. 17 at Feinstein's Daryl Glenn, the singer-actor who performed songs from the film "Nashville" at a Manhattan cabaret in 2009, now turns his interest to Stephen Sondheim in Daryl Sings Steve, Jan. 17 at Feinstein's at the Loews Regency.

Co-written and directed by friend and colleague Vince DeGeorge, accompanied by Karen Dryer on piano, Sean Harkness on guitar, Dan Gross on drums, Ivan Bodley on bass and singers Lisa Asher and Brad Wills, the show charts the story of Glenn and Sondheim's friendship; he'll perform "some of the beautiful songs that have inspired him." This is Glenn's Feinstein's debut.

The 8:30 PM show is in honor of composer-lyricist Sondheim's 80th birthday.

Glenn is best known for his 2009 Bistro, MAC and Nightlife Award-winning show, Daryl Glenn and Jo Lynn Burks Play and Sing Robert Altman's Nashville.

Dinner seating begins at 6 PM. Reservations are strongly recommended. Call (212) 339-4095 for ticketing information. There is a $25 cover and $25 food/beverage minimum.

Feinstein's at the Loews Regency is located at 540 Park Avenue at 61st Street.
