The “Hollywood Squares” television game show begins its week-long Broadway series Nov. 13. The popular show recently came to New York and filmed a special five-day series dedicated to Broadway which airs on CBS, Nov. 13-17. Check local listings for times. As reported earlier, the shows were taped at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom in mid-October. The five segments of the Broadway "Hollywood Squares" feature such stars as "Hollywood Squares'" center square Whoopi Goldberg, Nathan Lane (The Producers), Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago), Rosie O'Donnell, Bruce Vilanch, Vanessa L. Williams, Linda Lavin, Michelle Lee, Tony Roberts (both in The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife), Lea Thompson (Cabaret), John Ritter, David Hasselhoff (Jekyll and Hyde) and Tony Award-winner Brian Stokes Mitchell.

The producers of the "Hollywood Squares" donated $50,000 from the show's revenues to benefit the Actors' Fund. The show is co-produced by King World Productions, Inc. and Columbia Tri-Star Television is association with Moffitt-Lee Productions. Chris Darley directs.
