Blank the honorees at New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.

Married couple Barnard Hughes (Waiting in the Wings) and Helen Stenborg (Waiting in the Wings) will be among the presenters at the fourth annual gala for the National Corporate Theatre Fund, happening May 15, with actress Lauren Bacall, actor Brian Dennehy, producer Daryl Roth and CEO Matthew C. Blank the honorees at New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.

Also presenting will be actor-singer Paul Sorvino and playwright Paula Vogel (How I Learned to Drive). Hal Holbrook, Irwin Engelman, Mark Rosenthal and George Smith are co-chairs for the event.

Author-actor Harvey Fierstein (Torch Song Trilogy, Safe Sex) will host, with the cast of Forbidden Broadway Cleans Up Its Act! performing.

Bacall, best known for such films as "Key Largo" and "The Fan" and a stage star in Applause and Woman of the Year, is currently back on Broadway in Waiting in the Wings. She'll receive NCTF's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Theatre Professional Award winner Roth's credits include Wit and De La Guarda. Blank, receiving the Corporate Award, is the Chief Executive Officer of Showtime Networks Inc., which has filmed such theatrical offerings as Twelve Angry Men. Dennehy, winner of the Artist Award, won a Tony last season for the Broadway revival of Death of a Salesman.

Theatres comprising the National Corporate Theatre Fund are KY's Actors Theatre of Louisville, CA's American Conservatory Theatre, MA's ART, OH's Cleveland Playhouse, IL's Goodman Theatre, MN's Guthrie Theatre, CT's Long Wharf Theatre, CA's Old Globe Theatre, WA's Seattle Rep, CA's Mark Taper Forum and RI's Trinity Rep. Founded in 1978, the fund helps non profit theatre executives raise contributions and investments.

Last year's NCTF winners were Stockard Channing (Theatre Artist Award), Rocco Landesman of Jujamcyn (Theatre Professional Award) and Raymond Boyce of Joseph Seagram & Sons (Corporate Award). Edward Asner hosted.
