IAMA company members and friends will create five new plays in 23 hours for the April 28 performance at the Greenway Court Theatre April 28.

Audiences will see five brand new plays April 28 at Greenway Court Theatre for IAMA’s fifth annual The One Day Plays festival.

Members and friends of IAMA Theatre Company will meet the night before to draw names from a hat and form teams. The writers have nine hours to write the scripts, then actors have the morning to rehearse and memorize.

Expected to participate are Patrick J. Adams (Suits), Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars), Jake Choi (Single Parents), Kimrie Lewis (Single Parents), Artemis Pebdani (Scandal, It's Always Sunny...), and Baron Vaughn (Grace and Frankie).

Rounding out the creative team and cast members are Stefanie Black, Bailey Humiston, James Eckhouse, Chris Gardner, Anna Lamadrid, Katie Lowes, Tim Peper, Amy Rosoff, Adam Shapiro, Margaux Susi, Sarah Utterback, Keliher Walsh, Jamie Wollrab, Christine Woods, Mark Saul, John Lavelle, Micah Schraft, Deanna Barillari, and Eli Gonda.
