News Idina Menzel Adds Additional Tour Dates to Concert Itinerary A few new tour dates have been announced for Tony Award winner Idina Menzel, who recently flew into the Golden Globe-winning series "Glee."

Newly added to the singing actresses' itinerary are the following dates: Sept. 24-26 at Cincinnati Music Hall in Cincinnati, OH; Oct. 12 at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ; and Dec. 17 at the West Palm Beach Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Previously announced tour dates follow:
June 17 at Meyerson Symphony Hall in Dallas, TX
June 24 in Philadelphia, PA at Mann Center
June 29 at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh, PA
July 2 in Lenox, MA at Tanglewood
July 9 in San Francisco, CA at San Francisco Symphony
July 17 in Washington DC at Wolftrap
July 31 in Bethel, NY at Bethel Woods Center For The Arts
Aug. 1 in Hyannis, MA at Pops by the Sea
Oct. 2 in Brookville, NY at the Tilles Center
Nov. 5 in Denver, CO at Boettcher Concert Hall
Nov. 7 at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa, CA
Nov. 19 in Minneapolis, MN at Orchestra Hall

Menzel won a Tony Award for Leading Actress in a Musical for her work as Elphaba in Wicked; she also opened the London production of that hit musical. Menzel created the role of Maureen in the original Broadway company of Rent, and her other theatrical credits include the City Center Encores! production of Hair, Manhattan Theatre Club's The Wild Party, the Public Theater's See What I Wanna See and the benefit Funny Girl concert. Menzel's film credits include "Ask the Dust," "Rent" and "Enchanted."
