LOS ANGELES -- Madonna mia.

Actresses and female impersonators will pay homage to 15 years of Madonna during the fourth installment of the Blonde Exhibition Show at Hollywood's El Rey Theatre, Aug. 6 and 7.

The Blonde Exhibition is a live theatrical extravaganza documenting superstar Madonna's entire career to date. This Las Vegas-style production includes more than 90 minutes of Madonna's performance history. Each look and style, from every song she has performed live on stage, will be portrayed by "the largest cast of professional actresses ever assembled." Producer Dan Gore has been responsible for creating many "Madonnas" over the past five years.

In addition to Madonna impersonators lip-synching her songs, there will be live vocals and musicians on stage. The production will also include a dozen "boy toy" dancers, re-staged choreography, over 26 hairstyles plus dozens of detailed reproductions of Madonna's costumes.

The event, in honor of the pop star's upcoming 40th birthday, will benefit L.A.'s AID for AIDS charity. Performance time Aug. 6 and 7 is 8 PM. The El Rey Theatre is at 5515 Wilshire Blvd. Tickets are $34.95 to $44.95 and are available at the box office, through ETM Entertainment Network at (888) ETM-TIXS, or by visiting their web Site www.etm.com.
