News INTAR's Cuban-Set Drama, All Eyes and Ears, Opens May 5 INTAR Theatre's world premiere of Rogelio Martinez' All Eyes and Ears officially opens May 5 at the Lion Theatre on Theatre Row.

Eduardo Machado, INTAR artistic director, helms the 1961 Cuban-set play that began previews April 30 and plays a limited engagement through May 22.

The cast for All Eyes and Ears comprises Coram Boy's Martín Solá as well as Terumi Matthews, Christina Pumariega, Liam Torres, Maria Helan and Ed Vassallo. The production features set and lighting design by Maruti Evans.

In All Eyes and Ears, production notes state, "a seamstress is catapulted into a new life, new house, and new government job. But good fortunes quickly change when her new position attracts unexpected guests and reveals more secrets about herself than of political conspiracies."

Cuban-born playwright Rogelio Martinez is the author of Fizz, Learning Curve, I Regret She's Made of Sugar, Arrivals and Departures, My First Radical, Illuminating Veronica and Will in Space.
